Preparation of statements and billing costs have become expensive recently. In an effort to keep your medical costs down, please be prepared to pay for office visits at the time the service is rendered. Payments may be made with cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. The charges for the services we provide are reasonable and customary. We will be happy to discuss fees with you and will provide an estimate of proposed fees for you in advance of any of our procedures.
