Winter Haven Hospital Regency Medical Center has a
wide variety of classes that are available for everyone in the community. To attend a class, all you need to do is call the Regency Medical Center Library at

First Impressions Maternity club: A free club for expectant parents that offers free monthly
newsletters and other benefits.
Baby Biz: This four
hour class covers adjusting to parenthood, early newborn care, and infant
safety.
Preparation for Breastfeeding: A three hour class taught by a lactation consultant to help
get the breastfeeding experience off to the best start.
Prepared Childbirth:
A five week series focusing on physical and mental preparation for birth
and early postpartum. Includes a tour of the Maternity unit.
Refresher Childbirth: Two
sessions designed for those who have previously attended childbirth
classes. Includes a tour of the Maternity unit.
Celebrate Siblings:
Topics include what babies are like, what it means to be a big brother or
sister, how to be a helper at home. Includes movie, refreshments, and
nursery tour.
Infant Massage: A
three week series for parents and babies age newborn-6 months. Learn
and practice the soothing techniques of infant massage. Especially
great for fussy babies.
First Months Club for New Parents: Free informal weekly meetings for parents and babies age
newborn-12 months. Also First Steps Club for babies 12-24 months.
