First Impressions Maternity Club

Especially for expectant parents, this free club offers timely information and special benefits.  Includes monthly newsletters during your pregnancy and baby’s first years.

Introduction to the Regency

An opportunity to become familiar with the maternity services, philosophy, and staff of the Regency.  Includes a tour and conversation with the Regency’s Assistant Vice President. Free

Prepared Childbirth

A 4 week series focusing on physical and mental preparation for birth and early postpartum.  Includes discussion about labor and delivery, pain relief in childbirth, relaxation and breathing, and cesarean birth.  Classes fill quickly so register by the fifth month of pregnancy. 

New classes start every month.

Preparation for Breastfeeding

This class, taught by a Lactation Consultant, will help expectant parents learn ways to get the breastfeeding experience off to the best start.  Includes tips on pumping, returning to work, and helpful resources.  Grandparents and family members welcome.

Baby Care

This class covers: Getting to know your baby, Dealing with crying, Early newborn care, Feeding, Bathing, Baby products, Car seats, Responding to emergencies. 

Grandparents are welcome to attend.

The Happiest Baby on the Block Class

Magic? A miracle?  No, it’s reflex!  Learn Dr. Harvey Karp’s extraordinary way to soothe fussy babies fast and help them sleep longer, too!  A must for every parent!

Celebrate Siblings

Topics include what babies are like, what it means to be a big brother or sister, how to be a helper at home.  Includes movie, refreshments and nursery tour.

Cesarean Birth

For those anticipating a cesarean birth, this discussion includes how to prepare for before and after surgery, and also includes a facility tour.  Free - Scheduled by appointment

First Months Club for New Parents

Informal weekly meetings for parents and babies age newborn – 2 years.  Opportunity to meet other parents, share and learn about parenting.
