Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, located at 3425 Lake Alfred Road, Winter Haven, Florida 33881 offers comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for adolescents and adults.

ESTEEM is a program designed for Establishing Success after Trauma: Evaluation, Education, and Management. This is a unique neurological outpatient rehabilitation program which offers an interdisciplinary approach to treat adult survivors of neurological and medical diagnoses. The team assists the patient and the family with evaluation and treatment of physical, cognitive, communication, emotional and behavioral problems following illness or injury. The focus is on improving an individual’s ability to perform daily self-care, homemaking, leisure and work within the community. Treatment is provided individually, in groups or on outings in the community where individuals are able to practice and adapt newly acquired or relearned skills in real-life situations.

Successful community integration is our goal! The ESTEEM program also provides vocational services for individuals seeking to return to work. Our services for orthopedic- musculoskeletal problems include rehabilitation for back, shoulder and knee injuries, amputations, lymphedema, and balance disorders to name a few.
