ESTEEM Vocational Rehabilitation Program
The ESTEEM Vocational Rehabilitation Program provides services for individuals seeking to return to work. The program provides comprehensive vocational evaluations, situational assessments, and employment services for job placement. On-site job coaching services are available to individuals who have returned to work.
Our Staff
Our team of dedicated staff is sensitive to the individual preferences and interests which need to be considered when assisting a person to identify and establish a vocational goal.
Our team includes a Certified Vocational Evaluator, Case Manager and Life Skills Trainers. In addition, there is access to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Neuropsychologist and a Registered Nurse for consultation as indicated.
Referrals are made to appropriate Social Service and Community Agencies as the need is identified.
Who Is Eligible for Our Program?
- Adults 18 years or older
- Adults who have a desire to work
- Adults with physical, cognitive, psychological or behavioral limitations influencing their ability to work.
- Individuals who have access to private or public transportation to and from the Program.
Funding Services
We accept the following funding sources:
- Commercial insurance
- Workers compensation
- Vocational Rehabilitation
- Cash accounts as pre-arranged with Winter Haven Hospital
Discharge Criteria
- ESTEEM is a drug-free environment. Evident abuse of drugs and alcohol while at ESTEEM will result in discharge.
- Following successful completion of the individual vocational plan, a client will be discharged.
Program Quality Assurance
The Vocational Services program reviews program quality and outcomes on a quarterly and annual basis. The data is used to improve our performance and provide realistic and effective services. Outcomes for this program are available upon request and are available on our website www.winterhavenhospital.com.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
