Joy-Fuller Rehabilitation Center has been a part of Winter Haven Hospital for over 20 years. Our center is the only comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation facility in the tri-county (Polk, Highlands and Hardee) area. At Joy-Fuller we do everything in our power to help all of our patients reach their highest potential.
Rehabilitation at Winter Haven Hospital offers our patients the benefit of our support and expertise at every step of their recovery – from inpatient to outpatient. This continuum of care helps patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life possible. We assist you with setting and achieving your goals for rehabilitation and provide you with the rehabilitation therapy that will help you return to your highest level of independence.
Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, speech language pathologists, registered nurses, a neuropsychologist and other health professionals work together to help you reach your goals. Over 50% of our registered nurses have received special recognition for their expertise in rehabilitation nursing working with people with disabilities and neurological injuries. Our entire staff joins me in a firm commitment to make a difference for our patients and our community.
