Our Wound Care Team

Mid- Florida Home Health has recently developed a Wound Care Program. Our two, Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (W.O.C.) nurses in conjunction with Smith-Nephew, wound care products supplier, have trained wound care specialists to provide wound, ostomy, and continence care throughout Polk County.
