It's estimated that 8% of children in the U.S. have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. ADHD effects children in multiple areas of their lives; (home, school, peer relationships). How is ADHD identified and diagnosed? How is it treated and what can you as a parent/caregiver do to help your child if they have ADHD? We will explore these questions during an evening of dialogue and discussion.

October 17 Understanding Alzheimers and Other Dementias
Dr. Reddout, a clinical neuropsychologist, will talk about the diagnosis and treatment of various dementing conditions, including Alzheimer's, Pick's, Huntington's and Parkinson's. Learn what you can do to prevent or slow down these and other dementias. Become aware of the difference between reversible and irreversible dementias. Information will be available to help you know what to do and how to access help. There will be extensive question and answer time available.
