Living With
Diabetes
A four-week
course including
an overview
of diabetes,
meal planning,
self-blood
glucose monitoring,
awareness of
complications
and dealing
with stress.

Disease Education
Winter
Haven Hospital's
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
program offers
free community
education lectures.
These informative
topics are
focused on
those people
who have or
are associated
with lung diseases.
Lectures are
taught by professionals
who invite
your questions.
Sessions are
about one hour
in length starting
at 11:00 AM.
Each lecture
is held at
the VFW Hall,
231 East Lake
Avenue, Auburndale.
Also available:
an individual
rehabilitation
program for
people afflicted
with Chronic
Lung Disease.
Therapies and
instruction
accompanied
with your physician
order, are
provided by
a multidisciplinary
staff. Approved
by Medicare
and most major
insurance companies.
