FormsFast Goes Live - Attention Physicians and Office Personnel!

On Tuesday, November 18, 2008, FormsFast went live as the new online resource that Physicians and Office Personnel can use to access routine forms used to move patients through clinical services at Winter Haven Hospital.

For Physicians and Office Personnel who have been using Clinical Browser, the new Physician Center application has a tab at the top right navigation bar of the home webpage of whhdr.com where FormsFast forms can be accessed.

For the benefit of Physicians and Office Personnel who have not had access to Clinical Browser, a button has been created on the right side of the main home webpage of WinterHavenHospital.org that will link to the same forms through the Internet. FormsFast forms are available at both whhdr.com and winterhavenhosptial.org for your convenience.

This is one of several technology enhancements being implemented by Winter Haven Hospital to migrate the organization toward EMR. More announcements will be forthcoming soon!
