Heart to Heart Support Group
(New Location)

The Heart to Heart Support Group meets at 3:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month and the next meeting will be on October 8th.

The new meeting place is The Wellness Center Conference Room, Winter Haven Hospital, 200 Avenue F, NE, Winter Haven, FL.  (Please enter through the new Grand Lobby and stop at the front desk for further directions to the room.)

This support group is for those who have any type of cardiac problems, their family members and care givers.   Or, if you are simply interested in learning more about heart disease and cardiac care, you are welcome to attend.
